HANDMADE: This amazing colorful squid ink black and white striped bowtie pasta is handmade and dried in Italy. It maintains shape and color while cooking beautiful black pasta.
SIZE: These are not mini farfalle bowtie pasta noodles. Each bowtie is slightly larger than a quarter.
TRADITIONAL PASTA PRODUCER: Donne Del Grano (former Pasta Fantasia) started in 1987 as a family business. They produce a vast range of specialties, using ancient craft techniques, free of both preservatives and coloring agents.
